• ASA Short Sales is a short sale services firm established in July of 2008 in response to the rising demand in the market for competent loss mitigation assistance. We are centrally located at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi and serve all of Utah. We do consulting, trouble shooting, escalations and full file management. We act as your licensed assistant representing you and your client with the lender. Our perspective and training comes from inside the bank itself, working short sales from the other side of the desk. We know their systems and we use their loss mitigation software. We know when an offer is better than foreclosure for the bank and we have the inside management contacts to get the job done. When something goes wrong, we know exactly what to do, how to do it, when to do it and who to take it to, to get your file approved. Right from the beginning everything we do is designed to build the case for favorable review by upper management in the event a good offer is declined.The service we provide creates a team designed for short sale success. You work with your seller, manage the listing and gather the offers while we work with the bank.
