- 805 Boot Camp LLC is an outdoor fitness and nutrition program created by Randy Shoemaker and Sarita Shoemaker (husband and wife) in April 2006.Adult men and women (ages 16 to 72) work for 6 straight weeks on their health through nutritional guidance and accountability as well as tough hour long workout sessions.Campers are testing before starting and placed in a group of comparable fitness level abilities.Camper fitness levels range from Elite Athlete to Beginner or Walker. This is a high-impact activity that includes running, plyo/iso metrics, speed, agility and endurance exercises and activites.You also track your nutrition and intake DAILY every single day and Instructors give guidance and feedback helping teach you better choices. The goal here is to teach you in a way that you can still lead a normal life, not one on pills, liquid diets, starvation or fads. Common sense proven methods, not gimmicks.The camp offers 3 different sessions 5:30am - 6:30am, 7:00am-8:00am and 6:00pm-7:00pm. One can bounce around to adjust to their schedule. Instructors certified through the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. They are Lifestyle and Weight Loss Consultants. KettleBell (HKC) certification through Dragon Door.
