As an independent wholesale broker whose sole purpose is to bring product expertise, underwriter relationships, and excellent service to our retail agents with the desire to make them more successful.From our past careers in underwriting and retail, we approach wholesaling from a unique prospective. Our emphasis has been on creativity, proactive, and direct involvement with claims solutions. Our entrepreneurial spirit has developed into doing business in more than 44 states and being recognized by Risk & Insurance magazine as the 2011 Risk Innovator® and as a PowerBroker® in 2012. Members of the firm have been published and quoted in more than 25 periodicals including the Wall Street Journal.Creator of Super Continuity shortly before the 2008 subprime meltdown to allow our clients protection when the financial stability of their insurers was unknown. Many of our competitors followed us.In 2011, we introduced Trilateral Coverage, which has forever changed the post-merger tail (runoff) coverage in directors and officers (D&O) liability. In the late1990s, we wrote one of the insurance industrys first cyber policies and were a lead contributor in drafting a major insurers cyber policy (still utilized). We hire the industrys brightest, hardest working, and creative people and give them an environment that allows them to blossom. Our insureds range from the Fortune 500, IPOs, and claims frequency to nonprofits. Our narrow focus allows us to develop a true understanding of the insurance marketplace as well as the legislative and judicial environments.
