In operation since 1999, TurboFil manufactures liquid filling and assembly systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. The companys product line consists of liquid fillers, automated and semi-automated Monoblocks, cappers and crimpers. Our Monoblock customers are among the leading industry players. US customers include: BD, Shiseido, Trek Diagnostics, Cooper Surgical, Tolmar, Denmat, Art of Beauty, and others. We work closely with our customers to customize machines to meet their specific requirements. We can integrate a wide variety of components into a complete system to fit seamlessly into customers operation. All drawings are in Solidworks, a 3D tool that offers precise conceptualization of designs. Our solutions are customized not one size fits all. All our machines are manufactured in our Mount Vernon, NY facility.TurboFils core product line consists of Monoblocks for a variety of applications. including, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and diagnostic reagents, automatic chuck capping, and automatic assembly systems. TurboFils new UniPuck Line was designed to allow for easy changeovers. This patent pending system accommodates a wide variety of filling technologies and bottle sizes (including unstable bottles) and shapes without changeparts. TurboFil has experience in creative solutions to filling difficult materials. An example of this is our Dual Cartridge Filler and Piston Inserter. This highly effective Monoblock fills highly viscous dental compounds without air pockets to ensure proper mixing.
