- Purestream Technology is a privately held Research and Development company focused on the advancement of economically viable, environmentally responsible solutions created to address the issues facing the worlds oil and gas production fields. Introducing the AVARA System - Reclaims produced and flow-back water at the well head through an advanced vapor recompression process. The resulting output stream is distilled water that can be put to beneficial use for field operations with non-detectable levels of TDS and TSS. The Trilogy System is a three part well-head solution that addresses some of the major environmental challenges faced by the operators. We treat and evaporate produced waste water, destroy 99% of emissions and generate electrical power. Water is atomized to create significant volume reduction. Our technology was developed in part by Utah State University, who are world leaders in space and thermal management technology. Purestream has been operating since 2007 and launched nationally in 2010.
