• Vital Solu<ons, LLC is the result of formalizing a rela<onship with Tex<le Rubber & Chemical Company, Inc. (TRCC), which began several years ago when TRCC became our primary chemical blending facility for Vital Oxide. Textile Rubber & Chemical Company, Inc. (TRCC) is very proud to announce its partnership with James Burnett in forming Vital Solutions, LLC to manufacture and sell Vital Oxide, and to develop and introduce new products based on the VO technology. The new company, headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL began operations in August 24, 2011. TRCC will be the manufacturing partner, and James will continues to be responsible for general management and R & D.
