- Saint Raphael Academy is a private, non-profit, Lasallian college preparatory school of excellence, with a 100% matriculation rate, where students of diverse backgrounds are welcomed, inspired, challenged and prepared for a life dedicated to learning, leadership and service.Since being established in 1924 by the Diocese of Providence and the (Lasallian) Brothers of the Christian Schools, St.Raphael Academy has been part of a worldwide educational ministry of excellence and innovation that spans three centuries.Saint Raphael Academy has a robust and passionate community of students, alumni, parents, faculty and staff. With the hard work and generosity of this community, Saint Raphael Academy is able to provide state of the art facilities, security and most importantly--scholarships to over 70% of its students, who otherwise, wouldn't be able to attend. Students in our school programs benefit from the high teacher-to-student ratio that can foster and focus on individual goals. Because of this, Saint Raphael Academy is able to focus on nurturing the development of the whole child. Our students are welcomed and embraced as individuals.
