Because of these conditions, a non-profit foundation, The US-China Legal Exchange Foundation (UCLEF) was founded in New Jersey, USA. on August 8,2008.As a non-profit educational, professional organization, we are playing an important role in promoting legal exchange and cooperation between the U.S. and China by providing education, networking opportunities, business development and other related services and resources. UCLEF provides the link between legal education and practice, promotes best practices, facilitates discussions at meetings and conferences, and provides a forum for its members through course offerings and other related activities, thus advancing their knowledge and careers.Our mission is to promote communication and cooperation between the U.S. and China legal communities, in order to pursue justice and fairness. We are dedicated to mobilizing all available resources to assist in development of legal systems in both the U.S. and China.
