- NCEPS was acquired by IPC Healthcare North Carolina Elderly Psychiatric Services, PLLC (NCEPS) provides on-site psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy counseling services specifically for residents of skilled nursing communities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Our physician lead practice is founded on the principles of providing consistent care, appropriately managing medication, offering an easy-to-use referral process, while working closely with Administrators, Nursing Staff, Social Workers, Physicians, and Medical Directors, to ensure high quality, positive patient outcomes. Our clinical team is composed of over 70 full-time Board Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Psychologists. At NCEPS we say we are survey focused but patient driven. This means our process, approach, and people are set-up to follow state and federal survey guidelines, but we do this in a way that ensures patient outcomes are the overriding driver. We are proud of the impact we make in the communities we serve, and we strive to raise the standard of mental health care.
