    • The Specialty Tea Institute (STI) is the educational division of the Tea Association of the U.S.A., Inc. and the leader in the education of tea professionals. STI created our countrys first standardized and accredited tea education curriculum. Our Certified Training Programs, Levels I, II, III and IV, are held in conjunction with food and beverage conferences throughout the country. Tea is the most consumed beverage in the world (after water), as well as the fastest growing beverage in the United States with a retail market value exceeding $10B. And like fine wines, specialty teas have an almost infinite variety of flavors, origins and vintages as well a rich history and many traditions.
