• Vapor Distillery, formerly Roundhouse Spirits, was started in 2008 with this simple goal of making quality craft spirits that discerning patrons can enjoy and share. The finest natural and/or organic ingredients are used to develop flavor and aroma in unique innovative products that simply cant be matched by the faceless conglomerates that rely on marketing rather than quality.Products:Rhok Gin is a New Western Gin, micro-distilled and bottled by hand in exceptionally small batches. We start with neutral grain spirit, which we redistill in our handmade, Portugese copper pot still with the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berry, corriander, citrus peel, star anise, angelica, and orris root. Hints of sencha green tea, lavender, and hibiscus and chamomile blossoms are added to give it a distinct, floral pallete. We think you'll agree: Rhok Gin is a truly inspired gin that departs the beaten path of mass produced spirits.Ginskey starts with award-winning Rhok Gin, which is then aged for 10 or more months in new American Oak barrels. The fresh small barrels impart a golden brown color and achieve a near whiskey flavor metamorphosis, giving Ginskey it's name.Arrosta is a coffee liqueur that needs no correction though. To handcraft Arrosta in small batches we use only the freshest locally roasted coffee beans from the Unseen Bean in Boulder. We add a touch of whole vanilla bean, and sweeten it just the right amount. The end result is a dark, full bodied, richly flavored coffee liqueur like you've never tasted before.Pumpkin King Cordial is an all-natural artisan liqueur made with fresh roasted Munson Farms pie pumpkins, award-winning Roundhouse Gin, and traditional spices. Only 5 miles from the fields to the distillery...thats as local as it gets!Prüf Vodka is a handcrafted vodka that incorporates pure Rocky Mountain water with subtle ingredients for a unique flavor profile that is pure, clean, and soft.
