With clients from Homer to Houston (AK) our primary client base is in the municipality of Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. We are authorized by the State of Alaska to provide services to the following Medicaid Program recipients; OA, APD, MRDD, and CCMC Waiver clients; and both Agency Based Personal Care Assistance and Consumer Directed PCA. A long-standing member of the National Private Duty Association Trinion also provides services to self-paying clients as well as long-term care policy holders.Trust comes first in order to provide quality in-home care. That's why we have a professional Service Team that oversees each persons plan for care. Employing experienced CNAs, Certified PCAs, and Trinion Caregivers; client needs are matched with our caregivers' skills and experience to ensure that customer choice and trust are honored.
