Strong communities are built and maintained through partnerships. The Mike Cottrell College of Business works to build partnerships that benefit students in and out of the classroom. The College's two centers, the BB&T Center for Ethical Business Leadership and the Center for the Future of North Georgia, work to engage our communities and provide new learning opportunities for students, alumni, faculty, staff and the region. The Mike Cottrell College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Founded in 1916, AACSB International is the longest-serving global accrediting body for business schools that offer undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees in business and accounting. AACSB accreditation is the hallmark of excellence in business education and has been earned by less than five percent of the world's business programs.
