• Rapid Mold Solutions is a full service mold & die manufacturer and machine shop. Rapid Mold Solutions is uniquely positioned in the industry with proprietary knowledge in the under the hood automotive component tooling niche. We maintain a full time, in-house team of tool design engineers as well as an adept team of toolmakers and veteran mold-repair technicians operating 24 hours a day. We produce short-run aluminum, low to mid-volume aluminum/steel hybrid, and high volume steel plastic injection molds for the automotive, electrical, medical, consumer goods, and sporting goods industries as well as a variety of high-speed, precision machining projects. We also offer an on-site FDM printing capability to produce small runs of prototype parts very cost-effectively, that you can have in your hand in as little as 24 hours. In addition to our Erie facility, Rapid Mold Solutions also maintains a joint venture facility in Shenzhen, China to provide additional low-cost country tooling options to our customers.
