    • Annova LNG is exploring the development of a mid-scale natural gas liquefaction and export facility on a proposed 650-acre site at the Port of Brownsville, Texas. The project would provide a much-needed economic boost for Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley. Private investors not taxpayers will spend more than a billion dollars to build the facility, which will require about 1,000 skilled workers to construct and approximately 100 permanent jobs to run and manage, with salaries averaging $70,000 per year. Once operational, the Annova LNG transfer facility could benefit the Brownsville area by generating millions of dollars in tax revenues every year that could be used to pay for more schoolteachers, police officers and firefighters. Annova LNG is committed to working with the community to address safety or environmental questions associated with the project.
