- 1.Commercial loans from $1 million up to $500 million. Select projects will qualify for higher levels as applicable. (no consumer loans) 2.Both real estate and non-real estate including energy projects and mining, both public and private companies 3.Geography includes U.S., Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Belize, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Argentina in Western Hemisphere. Eastern Hemisphere includes most of Europe, UAE/Dubai, Egypt, politically stable countries including Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. 4.Areas of commercial real estate include: Flagged hotels, casinos, construction (except spec condo with less than 50% presales or spec single family, boutique hotels without flags, and spec office buildings and retail without meaningful preleases or presales), existing income producing properties, mobile home parks, and others. 5.Art, Coin and Precious Gem loans only of interest if borrower agrees to new independent appraisal to validate value and authenticity of ownership 6.Purchase order financing and receivables/inventory financing accepted 7.Venture type loans where there is no tangible collateral not of interest unless there is a verifiable repayment strategy8. Asset Enhancement Program - This is a perfect solution for select, large deals...especially quality commercial real estate projects, mining , infrastructure, and energy related deals. We take a qualified project, pair it with the asset enhancement, and finance it with the lender utilizing the asset as collateral. The asset provider takes the standard collateral from the borrower for protection. Can also wrap this to get an A rating so the transaction can be sold institutionally. This program is also very applicable to insurance companies, banks, or an investment banking house that needs additional net worth on their balance sheets but do not specifically also need cash.
