• RS Solutions manufactures thermal systems to test integrated circuits (ICs) at high temperatures up to 450C (842F). To paraphrase an advertising slogan: We dont make Integrated Circuits we make them more reliable. Our products provide solutions for customers quality control and reliability operations which result in high quality, reliable products. Testing ICs above 200C is a small but growing market and RS Solutions is in a unique position to meet this demand. Technologies originally developed for space and high end military applications are now applied to consumer products, including LED Lighting, communications (i.e. Cell/smart phones) and gaming (i.e. gesture recognition, virtual reality games). Another example is high speed fiber optic cables, used by consumers and business for many reasons, including streaming movies, cloud storage, data transfer and many other purposes, are built with ICs that are more reliable with our test systems.
