Travel Communications Reinvented For decades, travelers have been have been forced to use the guest room throughout the duration of their hotel stay. While this may have been the best we could do in the past, this simply isnt the case any longer. Todays business travelers and vacationers expect more from their hotel experience than a piece of dated (not to mention filthy) technology. We live in a fast-paced society that is heavily dependent on the use of mobile devices for communications and connectivity. We designed the F3TCH app with mobile users in mind. Guests and hotel employees alike can benefit from the flexibility and convenience that F3TCH has to offer. One-touch dialing and amenity services make it possible for users to order drinks, schedule a wakeup call, and stay in touch via their own smart devices. This eliminates the need for travelers to constantly learn how to utilize technology from hotel to hotel, all while taking advantage of the hotels existing infrastructure.
