- At Orthopedic and Sports Therapy Institute (OSTI) we strive to keep our clinical team up to date on the latest, most advanced physical therapy techniques. Our experienced clinical team is committed to providing patients with a personalized therapy experience that puts their needs first. OSTI clinics specialize in orthopedic, sports and industrial rehabilitation. Our therapists are dedicated to providing lasting results that will restore function in the lives of patients, allowing them to resume work, sports and everyday activities. Today our organization consists of nine physical therapy clinics- one of the Northern Illinois region's largest, independent physical therapy groups. Our clinics offer the following services (services may vary per location): * Orthopedic, sports and industrial rehab * Muskuloskeletal rehab * Spine rehab * Post-surgical rehab * Hand therapy * Oncology rehab * Vestibular rehab * Pediatric rehab * Runner's Advantage * Spinal manipulation * Dry needling In addition to OSTI's outpatient physical therapy clinics, we provide occupational medicine programs to companies throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. With a client portfolio that spans various industries, we work to meet the common goal of our company clients, to prevent injuries and keep employees safe. We take a hands on approach through the programs and services we offer, working closely with our company clients to identify workplace risk factors and ways to effectively manage muskuloskeletal complaints. All of the services offered are on-site, customizeable and job specific to each individual company. * WorkSTEPS Functional Employment Testing * FCE Testing * Work Conditioning/ return to work program * Ergonomic investigations/ analysis * Safety and ergonomics intervention * Proper body mechanics * On-site job coaching * Injury risks assessments * Job description development * Pre-shift stretching/ warm up exercises
