Our specialized equipment and systems are designed and manufactured in our Moorpark, California facility. Our field crews are highly productive, experienced and can work on precipitators from all manufacturers, both dry and wet. We can perform precipitator inspections, rebuilds, and maintenance. Our diverse product offerings for precipitators include hopper hammers, multiple impact rappers, gravity impact rappers, rapper control technology, transformer/rectifiers, current limiting reactors, discharge electrodes, collecting plates, insulators, and other replacement parts and upgrades. Our POWERCON microprocessor automatic voltage control for all precipitator applications along with The Precipitator Supervisory Systems integrates voltage controls and rapper controls for operating efficiency, energy management and data collection using a host computer with either Windows 7, XP, or Vista operating systems. Additionally, A.V.C. Specialists provides rapper systems for other material handling systems such as bag houses, cyclones, coal feeders, all hoppers, and other dust collecting systems.
