• Aimee Spencer, founded Spencer Management Group in January, 2011. Spencer began her career at Real Detroit Weekly at the inception of the publication as the Music Editor. After years of interviewing and writing about celebrities and the local musical community, Spencer moved on to Public Relations and Marketing for concert venues including The Emerald Theatre and Freedom Hill Amphitheater. Prior to becoming her own boss, Spencer spent five years at Clear Channel Radio Station where was the Promotions and Marketing Director. Spencer also created and implemented non-traditional programs for corporate clientele, which allowed the stations to generate revenue while keeping the integrity of the brand in tact. Spencer moved on to Greater Media Detroit which housed three of Detroit's most beloved heritage radio stations, 101.1 WRIF, 94.7 WCSX and Magic 105.1. Spencer served as the Creative Director, creating customized programs clients of the station that focused on non-traditional means including digital marketing, endorsements, live read campaigns, and on-site brand and event activation. Spencer Management Group is a non-traditional public relations, social media and communications firm specializing in industry leaders, events, non-profit organizations and restaurants looking to expand their profile and brand in unique settings and campaigns.
