    • Formerly Spokane Mental Health and Family Service Spokane, Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the behavioral/mental healthcare needs of Spokane County for more than 100 years. FBH has approximately 600 staff at 14 locations throughout Spokane County and provides a full range of services to people of all ages including Children and Youth, Adults and Elders. While the majority of services are provided in an outpatient setting, FBH also operates 48 inpatient beds where Evaluation & Treatment and Stabilization services are provided. Other services provided by FBH include Peer Support, Crisis Services, services in Nursing Homes, Schools, and for the Homeless. FBH also operates a Clubhouse and Vocational Rehab/Employment services.
