• Our mission is to make performing arts program accessible to the youth of San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Hayward. As a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, we provide high quality music education from babies to 12th graders in our underserved communities. Although music surrounds us everyday, not everyone can afford to be part of a rich musical environment where they can learn how to create and attain the discipline and grit to become future leaders for our society. To address this, we created a unique set of programs in response to the lack of accessible music, private and group opportunities in San Leandro, an Lorenzo, and Hayward. The Arts is missing in today's education system and the lives of young people. What we do is to bring it right back to the heart of our community. We envision the Dandan Performing Arts Center (DPAC) as the center of music and arts innovation for the San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Hayward.
