• FOCUS is a full-service civil engineering and surveying firm that specializes in residential and commercial development projects. Established in 2007, we are locally owned and comprised of licensed professional engineers, licensed professional land surveyors, civil design technicians, field land surveyors, and administrative professionals. FOCUS is committed to providing our clients unmatched customer service. Our philosophy is To do all we can to assist our clients in making their projects a total success. We emphasize a business culture defined by accessibility, communication, and prompt action by all FOCUS employees in proportion to our clients needs. We will make your project our project by taking ownership in the services we provide to help make your project a successful one. At FOCUS, we employ a hard-working, competent, and capable staff (currently 25+ full time employees) with the intent of providing a professional, yet economically competitive service to our clients. We are aware of the challenges facing the housing and commercial markets these days and that the profit margins that existed when building a home or developing a property are not what they once were. In this difficult economy, we have successfully taken on the challenge of maintaining the lowest possible overhead in order to pass a significant savings onto our clients. We realize, however, that any firm is capable of lowering prices. This ability is not unique to FOCUS. However, what is unique is we have lowered our prices, and at the same time maintained a high level of customer service. We are currently providing multiple services, including civil engineering, structural, landscape architecture, land surveying and construction staking, plot grading, and SWPPP preparation.
