• The Bach Center originated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1995. The firm relocated to New York City a few years later, where - in 2003 - it became one of 16 vendors approved to perform evaluations for the NYC Department of Education. Weve built our reputation conducting both formative and summative evaluations for K-12 education programs, as well as for dozens of other social service, health-related, community, environmental and arts clients around the country. We have done extensive work with underserved populations - to include inner-city youth, individuals and families living below the poverty line, and years of work with HBCU educational institutions.Bach Center services also include needs assessments, clarification and retooling of goals/objectives, alignment of programs to organizational missions/goals, performance measures, baseline studies, etc.In recent years, we have focused on developing systems and methods in support of smaller nonprofits, addressing their unique needs for long-term growth and sustainability.
