- Friendship Villages is a senior services company including home health services, assisted living and two Type-A Life Care retirement communities located in prime neighborhoods of St. Louis, Missouri. Friendship Village Sunset Hills is a 52-acre campus which opened in 1978 and is located at 12563 Village Circle Drive. It includes more than 400 independent living apartments and Villas as well as an assisted living community (Fountain View) and a118-bed skilled nursing facility (the Village Care Center). The campus recently completed a $60 million dollar expansion which added 78 modern apartment homes, 16 additional villas, a dynamic clubhouse with new dining venues and amenities and a gorgeous front entrance. Friendship Village Chesterfield is a Senior Living Community located at 15201 Olive Boulevard 63017. Our beautifully-landscaped 36-acre community opened in 1975 and includes independent living apartments and villas as well as assisted living and skilled nursing in the campus Village Care Center.Not-for-profit Friendship Village provides first-class residential amenities and health services to meet needs and enrich residents' lives.
