• America's Oldest Harley DealerSince 1912The dealership was founded by Alford D. Farrow, an entrepreneur guided by a dream and passion. On February 26, 1912, the 23-year-old put the two together when he ordered his first Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. A.D. Farrow started his dealership in Nelsonville , Ohio, but soon moved to Columbus, Ohio. Originally located on 4th Street, this dealership was moved to an East Main Street storefront in 1925 . With his passing in 1927 his wife Lillie took over the company and became one of the first female Harley-Davidson dealers. In 1941, A.D. Farrow Co.moved to its current Downtown Columbus location at 491 West Broad Street. The latest chapter in this great companys history began in 2003 when Bob & Valerie Althoff acquired the dealership and began setting into motion a series of rapid and remarkable changes for the business.We are proud recipients of our industrys most prestigious Dealernews Top 100 award in11 of the 18 years it has been bestowed.
