• We are a local, small but growing, successful, independent Property Management company striving to provide excellent service managing residential homes & condos throughout the Phoenix Metro area. We are very familiar with the local rental market and feel our knowledge & experience would be a great help in renting your property. Our standard monthly rate for one property is 10% of the monthly rent. If you bring two or more properties on with our company then we do offer a reduced management fee of 8% per property. Our leasing fee is staggered into three groups for properties rented under $1495.00 the leasing fee is $400.00 if your property rents for $1495.00 to $1995.00 per month our leasing fee is $750.00 and if your property rents for $1995.00 and above the leasing fee is 6% of the gross rent. We do not charge a set up fee , and your reserve (this is just to keep on account its your money), is $300Throughout our years of experience and research weve perfected the systems necessary to manage a property efficiently.
