• Oak Street Properties is a real estate company focused on the acquisition and development of boutique residential townhome, condominium and apartment communities in walkable, intown Atlanta neighborhoods. The company's founder, David Harry, has a multi-faceted background in real estate development, acquisitions, capital markets, investment management, and commercial lending. During his career, Dave has been involved in the development, acquisition, and capital structuring of real estate transactions valued over $2B including 14,000+ multifamily and condominium units and several million SF of office, industrial and retail space. Prior to forming Oak Street, Dave was a senior executive at TriBridge Residential. Dave held a variety of positions including VP of Finance, SVP of Acquisitions and Finance, and finally, EVP of Investments where he was responsible for the strategic management of the companys $3B investment portfolio. During his tenure, Dave was active in sourcing, evaluating, structuring and closing company transactions totaling over $1.2B and 12,000 multifamily units across the Southeast. Prior to joining TriBridge in 2006, Dave was VP with Wachovia Bank and responsible for $750 million in loan originations as a loan officer and senior credit manager. Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State Universitys J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
