• About Easterseals Bay Area For nearly 90 years, Easterseals Bay Area has been helping individuals and families with disabilities and special needs address lifes challenges, achieve personal goals, and gain greater independence for everyday living. We are leading the way to ensure that children, youth, and their families can live, learn, work, and play to their full potential through the following programs and services: comprehensive autism services; early intervention services; occupational, speech, and physical therapy; and our Kaleidoscope After-School & Summer Program.Easterseals Bay Area has a specific expertise in providing services for individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum, including consultation, early intervention, school-based, social skills, and therapeutic services. We currently serve all nine Bay Area counties and 15 northern California counties:  Alameda, Butte, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Plumas, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Tehama, and Trinity. Easterseals Bay Area is an affiliate of Easterseals, Inc., which assists more than a million people through a nationwide network of affiliates in the United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We are a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization.
