- Founded in 1988, Hugh Kesler started Precision Machine of Savannah (PMS) in his backyard with a Bridgeport milling machine and a lathe.PMS quickly established itself as a quality supplier of precision machined detail parts for the aerospace industry. PMS expanded and soon placed a facility on 15 acres just outside of Savannah, Georgia.Today PMS has over 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space, with more space coming in 2015, and employs 100+ of the industry's finest engineers, machinists and support personnel.In 2008, Precision Protective Coatings (PPC) was created, making PMS a turn-key supplier by adding NDT, processing and paint capabilities. PPC has 20,000 square feet under the same roof supporting PMS and other Gulfstream suppliers with their processing needs.
