UR was founded in 2001 for the purpose of providing commercial and multifamily real estate with a full spectrum of construction services. UR works towards helping multifamily real estate owners meet their return on investment goals through comprehensive renovation services. United Renovations expanded to offer insurance/recovery and major re-roofing structures in the multifamily industry in 2009. In 2013, UR Holdings was formed to accommodate rapid and disciplined growth in the industry by expanding to include two additional companies, SRG Roofing and UR Specialty Group. In 2014, the UR Hope Foundation was formed to solidify commitment across all companies to leave a legacy of change and impact in communities across the United States. To date, UR Holdings has successfully renovated over 6,000 multifamily projects in a little more than a decade. They have completed projects in more than 30 states, including Hawaii. Our expertise comes through our years in the multifamily, affordable housing and roofing industries and our commitment to invest in the best people, best practices and most innovative technologies available. The centralized support functions of UR Holdings serve to enhance the strength and stability of all of our business units.
