- Triality designs personalized services for people with developmental disabilities from birth throughout their life. Founded in 1975, our mission was to provide day services for adults with developmental disabilitites. Today, we are transitioning to a model that promotes employment first for those that wish to work. We believe that every adult who wants a job should be given the opportunity to develop their career path and earn a prevailing wage in a traditional employment setting. As the community needs grew, so did we.Triality Tots Early Intervention Center was opened in 2002 to provide services for children with special developmental and health care needs. Three years later, we added Home Visitation services to income eligible families with young children. In 2010, Community Living was launched with the purpose to customize support for people with developmental disabilities to live in a home of their own.Triality services cover the Kansas City metropolitan area including Clay, Cass, Jackson, Lafayette, and Platte Counties.
