Our principals are broadly experienced in development projects, brokerage and leasing, and property and project management. And weve successfully completed brownfield projects, developed and leased commercial facilities, built and marketed residential communities, and formed and participated in partnerships bringing together private and public sector businesses and agencies. In the process, weve created placemaking locations that have materially changed the landscape of Pittsburghs real estate profile.As our firms name suggests, development projects are a company specialty. Our work frequently involves brownfield sites, but we have completed projects successfully in established urban and suburban settings as well. And our assignments have spanned the full range of services owners may require, including site acquisition, design and construction management, marketing, leasing and property management. Our current development portfolio is headed by Starpointe Business Park, a mixed-use, job creation project commissioned by the Washington County Council on Economic Development, and a 26-home, traditional neighborhood addition to the Manchester district on Pittsburghs North Side. In leadership positions with a previous employer, our executives spearheaded the planning, construction and occupancy of Washingtons Landing and Summerset at Frick Park, two of Pittsburghs most innovative and most successful development projects.
