- Who We Are: The principals and associates at Adaptive Growth have been in the enterprise software industry since the early 1970's as enterprise software system sellers, implementers, designers and developers. We've been directly involved in hundreds of major enterprise software implementation projects--especially ERP. What We Do: We conduct seminars that address the undetected business requirements that prevent success in enterprise software evaluation, acquisition, implementation or development projects. Enterprise software projects fail because the requirements analysis methods that have been proven to work very well for most software aren't enough to capture the business requirements for enterprise-wide applications.
