Avenues is located just off of the square in the historic district of Medina, Ohio.The practice was established in 1998 and celebrates 15 years of service to Medina and surrounding communities. Avenues provides counseling in a comfortable, confidential and professional atmosphere to guide individuals through challenges they experience.Our MissionWe would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency services.
