Dyer & Associates Inc. is a well-diversified structural engineering firm with a broad spectrum of capabilities and a special expertise in the seismic evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures. We are a full-service firm headquartered in Irvine, California. Our dedicated teams of talented professionals focus to provide the highest level of service to ensure the delivery of a successful project. The principal engineer of the firm, Jeffrey S. Dyer, has over thirty-five years of experience with new design projects. Mr. Dyer has extensive experience in the discipline of seismic evaluation, retrofit and due diligence of existing structures. Mr. Dyer and his team of technical staff are well versed in the development of structural systems and in the rehabilitation of a wide variety of building types. The technical staff consists of California Registered Professional Structural Engineers and Certified AutoCAD® Designers who produce all of our design and construction documents, and specifications. Documents are prepared using AutoCAD® and Microsoft Office®. Our administration department is comprised of managers who monitor project budgets and schedules, and of project support individuals who coordinate and maintain the flow of project information.
