- National Service Alliance provides high performance solutions for the aftermarket support industry. NSA offers a complete suite of warranty administration services, customer support/call center operations, parts warehousing, distribution, on-site repair services, regional repair depots, reverse logistics, service management, processing of returns, asset recovery, refurbishment and end of life disposal services. 2015 was an exciting year as we welcomed several new clients and service providers to our team. We continued to diversify our services with Enovates medical equipment and Hisense personal refrigeration. We added exchange services for Sharp and traditional in-home TV repair for Hisense. We have just started to scratch the surface with Bankers Warranty Group, while Mitsubishi and Tempur-Pedic continue to be cornerstone accounts. Our overall total repair volume continues to increase over last year and we owe this success to the efforts of our member service facilities and their ability to support our clients changing needs in challenging times. Our New Year looks to have several new and exciting opportunities that we will be announcing soon. The majority of the current new opportunities are in the appliance arena. Massage chairs, washers, driers, refrigerators to name a few. It is becoming apparent that the TV repair market will continue to decline, so adding these diversified services should ensure that NSA remains relevant in the service industry.
