Kuhn is a world leader in centrifugal casting. Testing capabilities are extensive: pressure to 33Ksi; temp to 2200F; magnetic permeability; dye penetrant, & helium leak testing. Special capabilities: 33Ksi pressure pit; it can test instrumented tools. Flask services: calibration, refurb & re-certification of flasks. Inspection services: CMM, bore calibration & FAI (with documentation). Gun Barrel capabilities include deep hole drilling and bottle boring (to 40'L / +12m), ID honing, OD turning, reaming, bore burnishing, liner insert / removal, hydroforming / autofrettage, straightening, and related engineering services, analyses and testing.
