• Project Delivery ProcessPre-Design and Strategic PlanningWithin the context of Relationship we will identify The Vision for you through a series of questions and answers. Using this information and our special expertise, we will develop the Master Program Narrative based upon maintaining a Balance of Facilities and Ministries. We will evaluate the Growth and Financial Capability to establish the most logical Phasing of Development to achieve the Program while maximizing the growth potential. This stage of the effort is the most critical, as it creates the foundation for all work and effort towards making the Vision a reality. Masterplan DesignWe will create concepts for the ultimate development of the site. This phase of work begins to identify some physical characteristics of the development. At this time the phasing plan is also identified further by evaluating the logical map for development.Schematic DesignBased on the Program Narrative and Masterplan criteria, we will prepare a design solution which will be presented for approval. This design will include Site Plan, Floor Plan, and Building Elevations of the proposed project. We will also prepare an Opinion of Cost for the proposed development.Construction Documents and SpecificationsUpon approval of Schematic Design and the Opinion of Cost, we will prepare the detailed drawings and specifications for construction. The Foxhollow-Goodson Group has in its employ the normal engineers necessary to execute the above basic architectural services. This is the longest phase of the effort, with the exception of construction, and we pride ourselves in an extensive process of coordination in an effort to make your project as good as it can be.Construction Contract AdministrationAs defined by the architectural contract, the architect's office will provide for periodic site visits to follow the progress and the quality of the construction work.
