- Our mission at PTD is to emphasize the business in Business Management.PTD Business Management was founded over two decades ago by John Power and Steve Twersky after spending ten years immersed in a large international accounting practice. Their new business evolved into a Business Management Firm with an extensive Tax Practice catering to high net-worth individuals primarily in the entertainment industry. Anna DerParseghian, who became partner 5 years ago, has helped John cultivate the growth of the Business Management Department. PTD prides itself in its attention to fine detail and extensive services through not only the use of its own staff, but with hands-on involvement of seasoned asset managers, insurance experts, agents, and attorneys. These services include financial planning, budgeting, bill payment, cash collections including monitoring of timeliness of payments on contracts, interim tax planning and return preparation, assistance with tax audits, frequent client meetings, and assisting in new business startups.
