• AM Retail Group was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of G-III Apparel Group on July 8, 2008. The company was created to operate retail store locations owned by G-III. Under our umbrella are Wilsons Leather, G.H. Bass & Co., and Calvin Klein Performance stores.Our people define our company. By year-end, opens an additional 2 Wilsons Leather Outlet stores, 2 airport locations and 4 seasonal stores.2010 Company opens additional 10 Wilsons Leather stores.2011 Company opens additional 6 Wilsons Leather stores.2011 Company converts a portion of 40+ Wilsons to a Black Rivet boutique. 2011 Company opens 4 Andrew Marc Outlet locations.2012 Company opens 2 Calvin Klein Performance and 19 Wilsons Leather locations. 2013 Company opens 24 Wilsons Leather locations, 1 Andrew Marc location and 1 Calvin Klein Performance location. 2013 G-III purchased G.H. Bass & Co. name and 158 G.H. Bass & Co. stores from PVH Corp.
