• The Transition Partners Group (TPG) was formed in 2006 by the founding Partners who during the course of their careers had been through traditional outplacement and were not satisfied with the outplacement process or the results. We decided that there must be a better way to guide executives through the transition into new positions.The TPG Process was created based on the need for guiding executives individually through the process of transition. Over the course of several years the founding partners interviewed and counseled more than 100 senior executives who were frustrated with traditional outplacement services to develop the elements of the program you are about to follow.The TPG Process combines education with both formal and informal assessments. The target is the outcome (your landing a new position) not the completion of the process.Each TPG Program will be customized to your individual needs and delivered by the TPG Partner at the location of your choice. We will go as fast or as slow as you desire and meet with you as frequently and for as long as you need. There is no limit on the number of sessions with your TPG Partner.Your TPG Partner is available to consult with you seven days a week at the time that is most convenient for you.
