Our mission is to ensure every aspiring artist that should make it, makes it.youbloom is unique amongst festivals with 2 distinct elements Music Conference enabling up & coming artists to learn from and network with industry experts. Live Gigs showcasing 100 of the best emerging talents from around the worldyoublooms vision is to create the goto global community where aspiring artists can find the knowledge, support encouragement and opportunity to develop to their full potential in the music industry. youblooms mission is to provide all emerging artists with the knowledge to develop a sustainable career through providing the education and opportunity to collaborate and network with a global community of fellow artists, industry and fans.The youbloom Music Awards began in 2010 primarily as an online event with fan voting and high profile judges. youbloom subsequently established an A&R team which also coincided with the roll out of our live program in the UK, Ireland and Argentina.In June 2013 we launched youbloom@Dublin, our annual international music conference/festival with 90 artists/bands from 11 countries. Music industry icons Dave Robinson/Stiff Records, Tommy Silverman/New Music Seminar, Nigel Grainge/Ensign Records, producer Rupert Hine and other music industry greats contributed to the conference.The community continues to grow with many bands from last year returning to youbloom@Dublin 2014, keynote speaker is Alan McGee with Nigel Grainge, Rupert Hine, Alex Von Soos and other industry speakers. Ambassadors are Bob Geldof, Eleanor McEvoy and Colm O'Snodaigh (Kila).We are also working on two new @Cities annual events, an online and offline learning program about making it in the DIY music biz.
