Previously, Darrow led the Music & Entertainment Division of Octagon Worldwide, marketing entertainment properties and personalities with corporate brands such as MasterCard and Sesame Street. As Chief Strategy Officer for Meca Communications, he wrote the company's business plan and established exclusive agreements with brands such as American Idol. As a Vice President of the NBC television network and Broadway Video, Darrow oversaw the commercialization of network content in strategic ventures and consumer products including home entertainment, licensing, merchandising, e-commerce, music and literary publishing for properties such as Saturday Night Live. Darrow was an A&R executive at MCA Records and, at Overland Management, guided the careers of Talking Heads, Eurythmics, the B-52s and the Ramones. He began his career as a concert and personal appearances agent at ICM. He is also a licensed attorney.
