- The Sexual Assault Crisis Center-Fox Cities, Inc. (SACC) is a not-for-profit agency that has been empowering victims of sexual abuse and educating our community in the Fox Cities since 1979. We respond to the needs of survivors of sexual assault, as well as non-offending family members and loved ones, by offering crisis intervention services, counseling, support groups, prevention education, and community outreach. In 2012, SACC's goals include: continuing to respond to the needs of all victims in the Fox Cities without ever putting clients in crisis on a waiting list; addressing alarming trends we have identified, such as the increase in younger victims; and developing programs that help us reach at-risk populations.
