Our modern solution of an online, streamlined platform allows us to anticipate and be proactive. Our technology allows us to have individuals fill out applications online. We then screen applicants and after choosing the right one, have an online lease sent to them. All of these steps decrease the total time taken to process candidates, and that time saved translates to us being able to look at more applicants and, ultimately, find the best tenant. On average, we receive 20 inquiries per unit that we post and receive 4 applications. Our average current tenant has a credit score of 695 and an income of 3.2 times their rent. We track our statistics because they hold us accountable and provide insight for our clients. How many other managers are tracking these?
