ABMNA manufactures and markets bakery ingredients for the mechanized and craft bakery markets in the United States and Canada. Our heritage product line is fresh and dry bakers yeast sold under the Fleischmanns brand. The company has also built a successful position in dry ingredients, including enzyme solutions, leaveners, bread improvers and mold inhibition.ABMNA operates three yeast manufacturing facilities in Memphis, TN; Montreal, Quebec; and Calgary, Alberta. In addition, the company operates a dry blending facility in Greenville, TX and an enzymes blending facility in Wilsonville, OR. The companys head office is in St. Louis, MO.ABMNA is a subsidiary of the global bakery ingredients business, AB Mauri. AB Mauri, in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated British Foods (ABF), a diversified international food, ingredients, and retail group with sales of $20.2 billion and more than 113,000 employees in 47 countries.
