Amour Alexander has over two decades of experience in the field education ranging from being a tutor, teacher, Dean of a school, and a school district liaison that helped ensure that a large school district meet federal guidelines required by the No Child Left Behind Act. Her experiences in public school districts in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Boston, and Philadelphia led her to believe that many in educational institutions had good intentions however most did not allocate adequate time to observe the current conditions of their institutions so that they could understand best practices as well as conditions that could be improved. As a result, she began Education Innovations, LLC to help families navigate the admissions process for entrance into private and public institutions of high learning as well as schools to improve efficiency and the quality of education so that its students are prepared for their lives beyond graduation.
