• In 1985, the Popowski Brothers began in business by purchasing Baltimore inner city real estate in Fells Point, Federal Hill and Butchers Hill. Those properties were rehabbed and sold at the time which was at the forefront of inner city community redevelopment. A property owner overlooking Patterson Park suffered a catastrophic fire in 1987 which destroyed his home. Knowing our work for high quality, Popowski Brothers were contracted to rebuild this property and return the homeowner to the neighborhood he loved. This was the beginning of Popowski Brothers dedication to restoring damaged properties for our clients. In 1988 Popowski Brothers Inc. was founded for the sole purpose of restoring properties damaged by fire, flood, storm or other disasters. Later in 2003, Popowski Brothers Inc. became PBI Restoration Resources and has continued with a reputation of service and success for thousands of clients. PBI is a group of highly trained, experienced professionals utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. Since our inception almost 24 years ago, we have made a name for ourselves as a leader in disaster restoration within the Mid-Atlantic Region due to our professionalism, knowledge, resources and sensitivity to our clients needs.We offer complete commercial and residential disaster recovery services for fire, flood, tornado, hurricane or other perils.
